Stephen Jarvis - Corporate Partner & International Brand Ambassador, Ince Gordon Dadds, London. Stephen is a highly experienced corporate law specialist providing proactive business advice to domestic and international clients across a range of sectors. He is one of the firm's International Brand Ambassadors.
Stephen has a particular emphasis on all forms of cross-border M&A, complex joint ventures, commercial contracts, shareholder arrangements and company restructurings. Acting for public and private clients, as well as family businesses and ultra-high net worth individuals, Stephen is well travelled and well connected. His friendly and approachable style has led him to become the trusted advisor to a large and varied client base. Stephen's pragmatic and creative approach means he delivers solutions ahead of time, helping clients achieve their goals in a cost effective manner. Stephen is comfortable advising a board of directors of a public listed company or a new start-up entrepreneur. His attention to detail is matched by his ability to see the 'bigger picture'.
Izzy Walsh - Partner, Hall Brown, London. Izzy advises on all aspects of family law, including pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, financial settlements and children issues.
Izzy qualified as a solicitor at Magic Circle firm Herbert Smith, where she practised commercial law. She then transferred to become a family lawyer. Izzy has a particular focus on complex financial cases, often with an international dimension, including divorce, matters arising from cohabitation and in relation to unmarried parents, and pre- and post- nuptial agreements and wealth planning. Izzy is regularly instructed on matters which have a Russian/CIS element and which involve offshore corporate and trust structures.
Izzy's equestrian background (and love of horses) has also led to a number of instructions involving equestrian sports such as racing and eventing and she has represented elite athletes in this field.
Tom Hind - Regional Account Manager, Stellar, London. Tom started at Stellar in 2017 and has been a Senior BDM for over 2-years. Following a recent restructuring of the Business Development team, Tom is now solely focused on London and looking to build out his existing network.
Tom is also a keen skier, supports Liverpool FC and plays football for his local team.
Joanne Leach - Senior Client Director, Strabens Hall, France. Joanne moved to the Cote d`Azur in 2013 where she has successfully worked with countless British expatriates to restructure their finances and worldwide assets for their move to and from France.
Working tirelessly to achieve bespoke solutions for individuals and families working around the complexities of Napoleonic law and UK and French tax systems. Her total focus is alwayson empathetic service and continued support in helping clients master the myriad of laws.
Ann-Marie is a multi-award winning chartered financial planner and heads up Financial Planning to Ultra High Net Worth and Business Owners nationally with her roots embedded in the North West. She is the only female Managing Partner in Tilney and a regular contributor in female focused events and publications.
She works with many business owners, high net worth clients and complex families to ensure they are linking planning in all areas to meet their long term objectives. Part of this means that Ann-Marie spends much of her time working with Solicitors and Accountants collaboratively ensuring clients experience a superior outcome with a joined up approach.
Philip Carlton - Private Client Director, Highvern, Jersey. Philip is a Private Client Director at Highvern. Philip has over 3 decades of experience as a Trustee in both Jersey and the UK, working exclusively in the Trust industry. Philip works as an advisor to high and ultra high net worth clients, predominantly in the Middle East but also resident in Monaco and the UK. Philip's expertise covers the UK taxation of offshore structures, particularly where the structures hold UK residential or commercial real estate.
Philip holds a Warwick Business School postgraduate award at masters level in leading operations and process management and is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP).
