The discussion will be hosted on Zoom and include a live discussion with a distinguished panel, followed by small group discussions using Breakout Rooms to enhance the networking and discussion. George Campanellas - CEO, Invest Cyprus, Cyprus. George is the Chief Executive Officer of the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (Invest Cyprus) and the Vice President of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA). He has nearly twenty years of professional experience in Cyprus and abroad, working with the DG Competition in Brussels and directly with the Cypriot Ministers of Health and Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism.

Mr Campanellas has been actively involved with the development of the oil & gas sector in the Cyprus Exclusive Economic Zone, dealing with licensing, exploration and exploitation activities, as well as promoting bilateral and multilateral cooperation at a regional level. Throughout his career, he also had an active role in drafting the regulatory framework and running the relevant licensing procedures for attracting Foreign Direct Investment in sectors of strategic importance and large-scale infrastructure projects, such as the LNG terminal at Vasilikos Energy Center, Cyprus Techno Park, EuroAsia Interconnector and the City of Dreams Mediterranean, Europe's largest integrated casino resort and Cyprus' largest FDI project.

Christina Economou - Business Development Director, Trident Trust, Cyprus. Christina joined Trident Trust in 2016 and is the Client Services and Business Development Manager of the company. Christina has over 20 years of experience in the international banking industry. Through her employment was responsible for building, developing and servicing a portfolio of HNW Corporate Structures and Corporate Offshore Structures, Fiduciaries and Trust clients according to their investment and core banking needs such as Credit, Foreign Exchange, Cash Management, Trade Finance.

Christina holds a BSc (Hons) in Financial Services from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Cyprus International Institute of Management. She is also a holder of Certificates of Professional Competence for Offices and Employees of Banks and Investment Services Firms from the Cyprus Ministry of Finance and a holder of the Professional Certificate in International Investment Fund Services from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland.

Andreas Mercouri - General Manager, Trident Trust, Cyprus. Andreas is the General Manager of our Cyprus office, with overall responsibility for the strategy and day-to-day operations of the Cyprus business. Andreas also serves on the Board of a number of client structures. He joined in 2009 following his previous employment where he has over 6 years' experience working on specialist corporate recovery and insolvency cases, with exposure to a diverse portfolio of formal insolvency and corporate recovery assignments across various industry sectors in fast-moving business environments. Andreas also worked within the financial investigations' division of this global firm.

Andreas holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting & Financial Management from Loughborough University in the UK and is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.

Hed Amitai - Partner, Memery Crystal, London. Hed is a partner in Memery Crystal's Wealth Structuring team having joined Memery Crystal in 2018. Hed specialises in asset structuring for capital tax planning and wealth preservation. He has considerable experience in tax and legal issues.

Hed's breadth of experience includes advising on capital and income tax planning through trusts, foundations, finance, business set ups and restructuring; advising on structuring internationally active businesses to reduce overall tax leakages; and advising on issues with current structures in light of legal and compliance change in the UK, Europe and the U.S.

John Howarth - Director, Perimeter Consultancy, Cyprus. John is Co-Founder of Perimeter Consultancy, which provides a full suite of services to Financial Institutions and their UHNW clients.

John is also CEO of Asia Pacific Marketing Ltd., who provide bespoke investments to HNW clients across the Asia Pacific Region. These include Private Equity / Traditional Funds / Corporate Bonds and a full range of Alternative Investments, arranged within low cost and fully regulated investment platforms.
