We are delighted to invite you to join us for the fourth monthly online NextGen Forum which aims to provide connectivity between young professionals in the Private Wealth sector, learn best practices on working from home, share productivity and management hacks and discuss the latest trends impacting them and their career.

The format will be small group networking via "Zoom Rooms" with every group provided with a list of ice-breaker content or topics to discuss. Each room will be mixed every 15 minutes to give you the chance to maximise the networking over the hour.

We will be featuring conversations with:

Harry Cotton - Harry joined Waverton in 2020 as Business Development Manager within the Private Client team. He is responsible for providing clients with discretionary wealth management solutions by working with Portfolio Managers and Financial Planners. Prior to joining Waverton, Harry held positions at Coutts and Tullett Prebon. Harry attended The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and spent 5 years as a British Army Officer (Royal Regiment of Fusiliers) serving overseas in Afghanistan, Cyprus, Lithuania and Canada. He remains an active member of the Armed Forces Network acting as a mentor to service leavers and others new to finance.

Pierre Valentin - Partner, Constantine Cannon LLP, London, Executive coach, Front Bench Coaching and Founder and Coach, Path2Leadership. Pierre Valentin is a solicitor specialising in art law. Prior to founding Constantine Cannon in London and establishing its international art law practice, he was a partner and head of art law at Withers LLP. Prior to that, he was Associate General Counsel and Senior Director at Sotheby's in London. Pierre's clients include art collectors, family offices, art galleries, art dealers, auction houses and museums. Pierre heads a team of eight lawyers specialising in all areas of the law as it applies to art, cultural property and collectible items.

In 2019, Pierre graduated as an executive coach with Meyler Campbell. Aside from his coaching practice, with fellow coaches Anna Wesson and John Maxwell, he founded an executive coaching programme called Path2Leadership. This coaching programme is designed to support junior partners and aspiring partners in professional services firms make the transition from employee to partner.
