Nicky Gouder - Co-Founding Partner, Seed Consultancy, Malta. Advising both corporate clients and High Net Worth Individuals & families, Nicky is a leading tax specialist in Malta. He has advised and structured a number of international structures and transactions. He continues to advise a number of clients with family planning issues and also businesses restructuring programmes with a focus on both tax and change management particularly in relation to corporate culture, processes and the creation of long-term value to shareholders. He also has extensive expertise in investment migration, advising clients on residency and citizenship opportunities in Malta and beyond.

A regular commentator and speaker at international tax conferences, he has lectured in Advanced Taxation for the ACCA and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Investment Migration Council (IMC).

Jonathan Gold - Executive Director, US Family Office, London & Capital, London. Jonathan is an Executive Director within the US Family Office and advises high and ultra-high net worth individuals and trusts on the structuring and management of their international wealth.

Jonathan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds the Investment Management Certificate and Series 65 qualification. He has been listed in the Top 50 HNW Wealth Manager section in the Spears 500 index every year since its inception in 2014. Jonathan is a trustee of Prism the Gift Fund, a charity whose mission is to increase the flow of funds into the charitable sector. He lives with his wife and two children in Hertfordshire

Chris Hogarth - Wealth Planning Director, Cazenove Capital, London. Chris specialises in advising Sports individuals and the nuances of a short playing career as well as business owners who have recently experienced a liquidity event. Chris holds the Fellow, Chartered and Certified Financial Planner accolades along with over 15 years experience as an adviser within the Financial Services profession.

Chris has a wide breadth of experience across the industry including technical expertise in Pensions and Estate Planning. Chris helps individuals protect their wealth, grow their wealth and most importantly plan their wealth effectively to ensure that the client's goals and aspirations are achieved.

Alex Jones- Associate Partner, EY Frank Hirth Limited. Alex is a US and UK personal tax advisor with 30 years' experience providing complex planning and assistance to high net worth individuals.

Alex specialises in clients connected to the funds industry such as investment professionals, as well as business owners,entrepreneurs and sports and entertainment clients.. He advises on the US/UK interactions on personal income, capital and social security, estate and Inheritance taxes and the use of trusts.

He is particularly noted in respect of the application of the UK/US tax treaty, including pension issues, the UK treatment of LLC interests, carried interests and FATCA. Alex is licenced to practice before the Internal Revenue Service in the US (Enrolled Agent), and has been a very regular speaker at events for Informa, BABi and the US Professional Association and its predecessor organisations over the last 20 years.

Will Bowyer - Solicitor, Mackrell Solicitors, London. Will is a newly qualified solicitor in the Sports & Entertainment Team at Mackrell.Solicitors, advising and representing sporting clients across a range of sports. He provides thorough advice on sports law, including commercial and intellectual property matters in sport. Will qualified from a highly regarded regional firm, gathering extensive experience in commercial, corporate, construction and employment matters. During his training contract he acted on a number of high value international transactions and disputes for individuals and large businesses.

Will is passionate about sport and places an emphasis on understanding the areas in which his clients operate. As a result, Will is able to fully appreciate the commercial and sporting circumstances of his clients and advise them more critically.
