Last Summer we produced a 5 part Cayman focused series, delivering the latest trends from advisors in Cayman, US & UK on the jurisdiction. In this session, we are going to update our audience on all the latest trends and information on Cayman Residence, Investment, Fund & Wealth Structuring for HNW families.

We are delighted to feature:

Sue Nickason - VP Marketing and Sales, Dart Real Estate and Provenance Properties, Grand Cayman. Sue and her team are responsible for promoting the Cayman Islands' value proposition as a place for UHNW individuals to live, work and invest. Sue works closely with private clients and their professional advisors who may be considering relocation to Cayman - via the government's Residency by Investment and Global Citizen programmes. She also with Family Offices and other financial services firms considering expansion or relocation to Cayman.

Sue works across the Dart portfolio of commercial and residential properties and oversees Dart's residential real estate brokerage, Provenance Properties, the official Christie's International Real Estate affiliate in Cayman.

Sue Holmes - Senior Manager, Head of Private Banking - Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited, Grand Cayman. Sue is a career banker with 30 years of experience in the international wealth management sector with a focus on offshore financial services. For the past 20 years she has led wealth management businesses in numerous sub-Saharan African countries, Europe and the Caribbean. She has worked extensively with corporate, institutional and high net worth individuals providing complex wealth, banking and asset management solutions to both local and international clients.

Sue holds a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to joining Butterfield in 2018, she served as Head of Corporate and Institutional at RBC Wealth Management. Sue has resided in the Cayman Islands for 14 years.

Daniel Altneu - Managing Associate, Bedell Cristin, Cayman Islands. Daniel works within the International Private Client team at Bedell Cristin. He offers a full private client service covering every aspect of residency, immigration, trusts and wealth structuring, estate planning, probate and family law.

Daniel advises high-net-worth individuals and companies on a variety of immigration and residency issues and has extensive experience of assisting persons of independent means, families, family offices and businesses with their relocation to the Cayman Islands.

Daniel is a full member of the Investment Migration Council. He was invited to be UGlobal's founding Cayman Islands residency-by-investment representative and to be the Cayman Islands' sole representative on the UGlobal Writers Council. Daniel is a qualified trust and estate practitioner (TEP) and a full member of STEP.
