The discussion for this webinar will focus on a wealth creation event on the horizon, featuring topics such as:

  • How to approach a deal on the table and implications for the founder & shareholders.

  • Discussion of issues around the valuation of the company.

  • Considerations for family members in the business.

  • Discussions of the challenges of inviting Private Equity investors into an owner managed business.

  • Explore implications of an AIM listing, including increased regulation, reporting and governance.
