When working with privately owned businesses on their cross border affairs that will include assisting with setting up operations in and outside the UK, employees crossing borders etc.
Ross believes it is important to work closely with the client's other professional advisers in and outside the UK, to ensure that the complexities involved in crossing borders do not give rise to unnecessary tax costs, and that tax compliance is properly handled.
