Harry Cotton - Business Development Manager, Waverton, London. Harry joined Waverton in 2020 as Business Development Manager and Entrepreneurs Lead within the Private Client team. He is responsible for providing clients with discretionary wealth management solutions by working with Portfolio Managers and Timothy James & Partners, our in-house Financial Planners.

Prior to joining Waverton, he held a position at Coutts as a Client Director, working with entrepreneurs and professional partners. Harry graduated from Oxford Brookes University, after which he attended The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and served as a British Army Officer (Royal Regiment of Fusiliers). Harry is an Associate member (ACSI) of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Adrian Faure - Founder & Managing Director, Bosham Capital Advisors, London. Adrian is a highly experienced executive with 35 years of work experience in international financial markets. Adrian held senior management roles with several leading global investment banks, including Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, Macquarie and Baring Securities. During his career Adrian has worked in London, Hong Kong & New York and is now based in London.

Adrian spent the first 20 years of his career as a #1 ranked Equity Analyst and Research Director before being promoted to the roles of Head of Asian Equities, then Head of Emerging Market Equities, and later Global Head of Equities Distribution at Citigroup.

Adrian left Citigroup in 2014 and founded Bosham Capital Advisors (BCA) as a London-based independent investment, corporate finance & capital advisory boutique, focused on the private capital markets. BCA has developed an extensive client network in both the UK and Asia, and has access to investor capital across PE and VC Institutions, Corporates, Family Offices, Hedge Funds and HNWI's.

Adrian received an MA in Mandarin Chinese from the University of Edinburgh and a Diploma in Chinese Studies from the University of Shandong, PRC.

Andrew Clarke - Partner, Charles Russell Speechlys, London. Andrew specialises in private equity and venture capital transactions, M&A and corporate finance, and advises on a range of transactions from corporate acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, IPOs to other forms of public and private fund raising across various industry sectors. He has significant experience of advising on corporate restructuring, rescue MBOs, and accelerated M&A transactions.

Andrew's private equity experience ranges from venture capital to pre-IPO financing, MBOs, MBIs, where he advises institutions, management teams and private investors. Andrew is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

Charles Macfadyen - Director, Portfolio Manager, Private Clients, Waverton, London. Charles joined JOHIM / Waverton in July 1999 and looks after a wide range of primarily UK-based families and charities. His investment responsibilities involve analysis of UK companies.

Prior to joining Waverton, Charles spent five years at Foreign & Colonial as an investment analyst, initially on the Japanese desk, but later on the European desk. He qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Investment Management and Research in 1998 and is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Ben Handley - Tax Partner, BDO, London. Ben is a tax partner within BDO's Private Client Services team with a focus on Owner Managed Businesses.

He is a mixed tax specialist who for over 20 years has advised individuals and their businesses on all tax aspects relevant to their personal and corporate interests against the backdrop of continual law change.

Ben's experience includes UK and cross border advice on a broad range of issues including succession, exits, residence, domicile, corporate structuring​, acquisitions, disposals and HMRC enquiries.
