As well as providing advice, David has also set up a service to help homeowners reclaim overpaid SDLT (SDLT Refunds), the first comprehensive SDLT calculator tool for solicitors (Compass) and has recently uncovered a persistent issue in the UK Pensions Industry that potentially means billions of pounds in wrongly paid SDLT being returned to UK pension stakeholders.
