Join us for the second episode in our Middle East Series, on the latest trends for advisors dealing with HNW clients in the Region. In session, I will be joined by an expert panel to bring you the latest trends in Relocation and Mobility from the major economies of the GCC in the post #COVID19 world. It will focus in on the interest from HNW clients in relocation to #UK, #Europe and the #US as part of the conversation.

Mohammed Asaria - Founder and Board Member, Range Developments, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Range Developments is an international luxury hospitality development company that develops luxury resorts in the Eastern Caribbean under Citizenship-by-Investment programs.

Born and raised in England, Mr Asaria has a dual background in law and investment banking. A graduate of Trinity College, Cambridge, he began his career at Lovells, the international law firm. An interest in structured finance and investment banking led him to move to HSBC prior to founding Range Developments, the company that has grown to become the leading Citizenship-by-Investment developer in the Eastern Caribbean. Range Developments is the only developer to have completed two 5-star resorts under Citizenship-by-Investment Programs - Park Hyatt St. Kitts and the Cabrits Resort & Spa Kempinski, Dominica. Range Developments has gained a reputation for developing ultra-luxury, high end resorts that are transformational. Works on the construction site of Range Developments' third Citizenship-by-Investment project, Six Senses La Sagesse, Grenada, have commenced with completion due in 2022.

Sunita Singh-Dalal - Of counsel, Stephenson Harwood Middle East, Dubai. Sunita leads the Middle East private wealth practice, where the team focuses on assisting clients in the Middle East, Africa and South West Asia on cross border private client, corporate, commercial and dispute resolution issues. Sunita has established intrinsic relationships with private banks, financial advisers, corporate service providers and the local regulatory authorities. Sunita actively works with the local regulators to spread awareness in India and the GCC of the latest developments and updates within the private wealth sector, particularly in relation to the new Foundations regimes implemented bv the ADGM, RAK ICC and DIFC.

As an active member of the private wealth community, Sunita is a full member of STEP (Africa and Arabia) and speaks at various international forums and conferences in the Middle East and South West Asia. Sunita assists clients and advisers with topical matters in the UAE and GCC such as Succession Planning, Wealth Management as well as the implementation of Family Codes of Governance and Family Constitutions. Sunita recently participated in Jersey Finance's "Women in Wealth Management" initiative in the GCC and was the key speaker at their flagship 2019 event on "Globalisation of Wealth". Sunita is widely regarded as a leading authority within the private wealth community, which is reflected through her being recognised by Chambers & Partners High Net Worth Guide 2020 as a ranked individual within the UAE.

Ismael Hajjar - Associate Partner, Ernst & Young Middle East, Dubai. Ismael is the EY Private Leader for the MENA region and an advisor to ambitious owners, entrepreneurs and CEOs of leading private, fast growth and family enterprises. He also founded and currently leads EY MENA family enterprise and family office award-winning consulting practice which specializes in assisting successful families, entrepreneurs and family offices across MENA managing risks, preserving and growing wealth. EY Private encompasses EY flagship entrepreneurship program, Entrepreneur of the Year, which runs in over 50 countries worldwide; the Winning Women program, targeting female Founders; and a focus on Private Clients, Family Enterprise, Start Ups and IPO-bound companies.

During his career, Ismael has been successful in designing and implementing inter-generational succession, inheritance, governance, ownership and tax structuring strategies. He has contributed to building and currently serves Family Offices. He is a regular speaker in the GCC and beyond on topics such as family business and private wealth institutionalization, global tax transparency, succession planning and the role of the family office. The team that he leads won the "WealthBriefing MENA Tax and Accountancy firm of the year" award in 2017 and 2019.
