Kelly Whiter - Kelly Whiter is a partner in the immigration department at Fladgate.

She specialises in advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, their family members and businesses on all aspects of immigration covering investors, entrepreneurs, sponsor licences and Tier 2 visas, family applications, British nationality, applications under EU law and settlement, including discretionary applications outside the Immigration Rules.

She has been advising clients on immigration matters for over 15 years and adopts a holistic, non-litigious approach, ensuring short-term goals, financial considerations, family and long-term intentions are all taken into account.

Ken Chapman - Ken is the Head of Wealth Planning at EFG Private Bank in London. He has 30 years of experience in working with HNW clients on wealth planning and financial advice. In that time, he has worked with numerous leading private banks including Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse & Bank of Singapore.

Ken is experienced in working with wealthy families moving to the UK. He works with tax and legal counsel on planning for property acquisition, the remittance basis and investment management considerations while the client is resident in the UK.

Mohammed Asaria is Managing Director and Board Member of Range Developments, an international luxury hospitality development company that develops luxury resorts in the Eastern Caribbean under Citizenship-by-Investment programs.

Born and raised in England, Mr. Asaria has a dual background in law and investment banking. A graduate of Trinity College, Cambridge, he began his career at Lovells, the international law firm. An interest in structured finance and investment banking led him to move to HSBC prior to founding Range Developments, the company that has grown to become the leading Citizenship-by-Investment developer in the Eastern Caribbean.
